The Pizza Wagon Sussex was established by Dave (Dad, now Grandad), Sue (Mum, now Grandma) & Sister Louise. In 2023, James Cooke (Son) and his wife, Carla, took over the business and began serving in Spring 2024.

With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Carla & James bring a wealth of knowledge and new energy to the Pizza Wagon Sussex. Specialising in family events and festivals, The Cookes, version. 2. They are passionate about keeping the standards high, cooking up delicious pizzas, introducing new pizzas to the menu, and bringing good vibes to any event they attend with their regular crew. As Brighton-based festival caterers, you will often find us in and around Sussex. Keep updated on Instagram, with news of special events, and added extras, like yoga and pizza sessions and other collabs.

Proudly catered at a whole host of events in the South East and London, including Elderflower Fields, Victorious Festival, Downsfest, Wickham Festival, Into the Trees, Kenwood House, Boundary Brighton, Hampshire Bowman, Patchfest, Funk the Family, Wildlife Festival, LowdeFest, Forest Row Festival and many more private events.
